Spring Branch is a small incorporated city on US 281 surrounded by a much larger stretch of unincorporated Comal County, from acreage on private wells to subdivisions on utility water. That mix changes how a sprinkler system should be set up. All American Irrigation Systems serves Spring Branch from our New Braunfels office; call (830) 980-8899.

The first question we ask in Spring Branch is where your water comes from, because the right design and schedule depend on it.

Many Spring Branch subdivisions are served by Texas Water Company. As of mid-October 2026, TWC lists Comal County at Stage 3: sprinklers once every other week on the day set by your address’s last digit, 7–10 a.m. or 7–10 p.m., with no variances for new sod or landscaping. TWC lists drip and hand watering under the same schedule. We’ll program your controller to your exact day and window so you get the most out of each watering.

Homes on their own wells don’t have a utility schedule, but they have a different limit: the Trinity Aquifer. Local reports describe wells running low in drought and new wells costing $30,000 to $40,000. A well-fed system should be designed around your pump’s real flow rate, split into zones the well can carry, and run at night in short cycles. We also look for leaks first, because a leaking system on a well costs you water you may not get back.

Some areas are served by other water companies. If you’re not sure who your provider is, look at your water bill, or ask us and we’ll help you find out.

Spring Branch sits on the eastern edge of the Edwards Plateau: shallow, very stony clay over limestone, stair-stepped slopes, and the Guadalupe River along part of the community. Trenching often means cutting rock. We size zones by slope and exposure, keep spray off driveways and rock outcrops, and favor slow-application nozzles and drip so water soaks in instead of running downhill.

• Repairs: leaks, broken heads, stuck valves, wiring and controller problems.
• Well-friendly system design: zones matched to your pump’s capacity.
• New installations on rocky lots, with a 7-year parts and labor warranty.
• Drip irrigation for beds, trees and foundations.
• Rain and freeze sensors and smart controllers.
• Backflow testing (BPAT BP0018846).
