Hollywood Park incorporated in 1955 to keep its own character, and it still has a rural feel: large lots, a heavy tree canopy, and deer in the yards. It’s a Tree City USA town with a standing Deer Committee. All American Irrigation Systems repairs and installs sprinkler systems that work with all of that. Call (210) 826-6474.

Hollywood Park has been one of the hardest-hit communities in Bexar County for oak wilt, and the town takes it seriously:

• Private oaks may be cut or trimmed only from July 1 to January 31 (except in designated red zones), under the town’s oak tree ordinance.
• A tree permit is required year-round for pruning, wounds must be painted within 30 minutes, and tools must be cleaned between trees.

Irrigation work can damage oak roots, so we plan trenches to stay out of critical root zones, use drip around trees, and coordinate timing when roots may be cut. Healthy, deeply watered oaks also resist stress better than oaks sprayed on their trunks every week.

Deer browse beds, step on heads and pull up drip tubing. We use sturdy, recessed heads in high-traffic spots, protect drip lines, and can suggest deer-resistant plantings for reworked beds.

Hollywood Park homes are SAWS customers, so SAWS rules apply. SAWS returned to Stage 3 on September 21, 2026:

SAWS requires a rain sensor on every in-ground system, annual backflow testing, and plan review and inspection for new systems.

Hollywood Park grew mostly in the 1960s and 1970s, so many systems have aging valves, brittle pipe and controllers that can’t follow today’s schedules. We repair what’s worth keeping and replace what isn’t. Some properties are on septic systems, and we keep spray and trenches off drainfields.

• Sprinkler repair and leak detection.
• Renovations and replacements with a 7-year parts and labor warranty on new installs.
• Drip irrigation for trees and beds.
• Smart controllers and rain/freeze sensors.
• Backflow testing by a licensed tester (BPAT BP0018846).
