All American Irrigations Systems is still open for business! The safety and health of our staff and customers are of utmost importance. We are currently following all CDC recommendations, requirements and safety precautions and daily monitoring the COVID-19 situation.
The safety of your family and home is a top priority for AAIS. AAIS technicians never have to enter you home or come into face-to-face contact with customers, as they work outside the home. As a company we are taking the following precautions to keep you and your loved ones, as well as our staff safe:
SAFE SOCIAL DISTANCE
All of your irrigation needs are completed outside of the home. This means you only need to interact with your technician over the phone. The technician will need to access your control panel in most instances, however, this is usually located in your garage. A simple phone call will provide access for the technician and any details that needs to be shared with both the technician and customer. Our technicians are more than happy to explain their entire procedure and keep you updated on progress.
Each technician has their own supply of hand sanitizer available in their truck. This ensures each staff member is able to disinfect as often as needed.
ONLINE INVOICES, QUOTES AND PAYMENTS
You will receive all invoices and quotes via email. Once you receive this information, you are able to pay online with a debit or credit card on our Make Payment page. If you have any questions about your invoice or quote, your technician or an office staff member will be happy to answer those over the phone.
OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS
If you prefer not to make a payment online, AAIS is also able to take payments over the phone. If a check is your preferred method of payment it can be placed on the porch at time of service or you can mail it to the office. Paper invoices will also be made available at the customer’s request.
