Chris Mayberry, owner of All American Irrigation Systems, was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He began working in irrigation at just 15 years old for a family-owned company. By 2003—after gaining valuable hands-on experience and guidance from his grandfather—he launched AAIS with a simple vision: work hard, be honest, and treat every customer like family.

What started with door-to-door flyers has grown into one of the most trusted irrigation companies in South Texas.

As our Irrigation Install Coordinator, Michelle plays a vital role in ensuring every project at All American Irrigation Systems runs smoothly from start to finish. She handles the critical behind-the-scenes operations—pulling permits, coordinating utility locates, managing lighting installations, ordering materials, and scheduling crews—to keep everything organized and on track for a successful installation.

A proud New Braunfels native and graduate of New Braunfels High School, Michelle values strong community ties and brings that same spirit to her work. She’s married to her best friend, who also works at AAIS, and together they’re raising five amazing kids. Both in and out of the office, Michelle’s life is rooted in family, teamwork, and dedication.

Brendan has been part of the All American Irrigation Systems family since the very beginning, joining the company in 2003. A lifelong friend of owner Chris Mayberry, their bond dates back to childhood—rooted in shared experiences and family connections. Born and raised in San Antonio, Brendan brings over 20 years of experience in the irrigation industry and is deeply respected by both customers and colleagues alike.

Brendan manages the sales operations for AAIS with a deep sense of purpose, guided by his strong faith and commitment to excellence. He is known for his genuine heart, hard work, and unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction. Customers often comment on how easy he is to talk to and how much they trust him with their irrigation needs.

Faith, family, and integrity are the foundation of everything Brendan does. As a new father, he’s now carrying those same values into parenthood something we know he’ll excel at, just as he has in his professional life. Born and raised in New Braunfels, Jaime is a proud graduate of New Braunfels High School. With over 20 years of experience in the glass industry, Jaime earned a reputation for his strong work ethic and attention to detail. His longtime friendship with company owner Chris Mayberry led him to make the move to All American Irrigation Systems, where he now plays a key support role in irrigation repairs and installations.

Jaime also serves as the lead foreman for Nexwave Lighting, managing lighting installation projects with professionalism and pride. He’s a hardworking and highly valued member of our team, and we’re proud to have him representing both companies.

With over 20 years of experience in irrigation, Victor brings an incredible depth of knowledge and skill to every project he touches. As a foreman and service technician for All American Irrigation Systems, he handles everything from large-scale installs to detailed repair work with professionalism and pride.

Victor also contributes his talents to Nexwave Lighting, where he plays a key role in lighting installations across our service area. Known for his generosity, work ethic, and unwavering positivity, Victor is the kind of person who would give you the shirt off his back — and would happily work 365 days a year if we let him. He shows up each day with a smile and a can-do attitude, and we’re truly blessed to have him as part of our team.

Jonathan joined the All American Irrigation Systems team in 2023, bringing over five years of experience in the irrigation industry. From day one, he has been a vital part of our operation, always going the extra mile to make sure every customer receives the highest level of care and service.

With a constant “can-do” attitude, Jonathan approaches every job with professionalism, precision, and respect. His strong work ethic, sharp problem-solving skills, and commitment to doing things the right way have made him an invaluable member of the team. Bringing with him a strong work ethic and a self-motivated attitude, Anthony quickly became a vital part of our service team. He approaches every job with dedication, focus, and a great sense of humor that makes him a joy to work with.

Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife Michelle and their five children. Whether it’s barbecuing at home or relaxing at the lake, he values quality time with family above all. Anthony’s upbeat personality, commitment to the team, and ability to keep everyone smiling make him an incredible asset to our company. Austin is a skilled Irrigation Technician with hands-on experience in system installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Since beginning his career in the irrigation industry, he has developed a strong foundation in delivering efficient, reliable service that meets the highest standards of quality.

Known for his dependability and attention to detail, Austin takes pride in doing the job right the first time. What he values most about his work is the family-like atmosphere at All American Irrigation Systems—being part of a supportive, close-knit team that works together to make each day rewarding and meaningful. Austin is working towards his technician license.

Kenneth is a hardworking and dependable member of our team, currently training as a Service Technician Helper with plans to earn his Irrigation Technician License and transition to running his own service truck in the near future. He brings natural talent, curiosity, and a strong work ethic to every job site.

Kenneth has been close to our family for years he’s one of my son Jonathan’s oldest friends from middle school and it’s been a privilege watching him grow into the dedicated young man he is today. He’s highly intelligent, quick to learn, and has a strong grasp of irrigation fundamentals. We’re confident he has a bright future ahead with All American Irrigation Systems.

Outside of work, Kenneth is passionate about the outdoors. Whether it’s camping, hunting, fishing, or just spending time in nature, that’s where he thrives. His honesty, positive attitude, and eagerness to grow make him a valued part of our team, and we’re excited to see where his journey takes him.

Carl brings over two decades of experience in municipal inspection and water systems. Originally from Houston, Carl relocated to the area in the mid-1990s. After holding a variety of roles, he began his long-standing career with the City of Schertz, where he served for 23 years—starting in the water department and ultimately advancing to the position of Building Inspector.

With a deep understanding of plumbing systems and code compliance, Carl earned his Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester License over 10 years ago and continues to maintain his license with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. His extensive background ensures every inspection is handled with accuracy, integrity, and professionalism.

Outside of work, Carl enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing—activities that reflect his steady, detail-oriented approach to everything he does.
